Dr. Fixit Super Latex This is a multipurpose waterproofing liquid which is to be mixed with cement for waterproof coating & concrete repair. It is an economical waterproofing and damproofing solution and is also recommended to be used in the painting process for superior performance and waterproofing.

Dosage/Coverage
Waterproof Coating/Dampness Repair = 1 part Super Latex & 1.5 part Cement, Coverage 20 to 22 sq. ft in 2 coats.
Bond Coat (old to new concrete / plaster) = 1 part Super Latex & 1 part cement, Coverage 70 to 80 sq. ft in 1 coat.
Crack Repair PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar) = 1:3:10:30 (Super Latex: water: cement: sand)
Wall Putty = 10% Super Latex by the weight of wall putty (5 kg Super Latex in 50 kg wall putty)
Sealer Coat = 1 part super latex: 1 part water. Coverage 100 to 110 sq. ft in 1 coat.
Paint/Primer = 1 ltr Super Latex in 20 ltr Paint/Primer.
